LA CROSSE 
1) Women in Black Peace Vigils every Wednesday from noon-12:30 p.m. ... First and third Wednesday at 4th and Main Street and every Wednesday by the clock tower near Murphy Library on the UW-La Crosse campus. The campus Vigil will not meet during winter break. 2) Prayer Vigils for Peace in the Middle East on the 20th of each month at 5 p.m. At English Lutheran Church, 1509 King St. Contact: John & Ruth Monson at 608-782-7971.
3) Peace Rally in Cameron Park in La Crosse every Saturday at 1:00 P.M. sharp during the critical month of March 2003. An open mike will be offered to anyone who wants to speak. A time limit of 4 minutes per speaker is set. At 1:30 there will be a march to the bridge. Bring signs and drums to let the world know that there are some people who believe in Peace.
